Review for Colonial Pointe Apartments

I have lived in Colonial Pointe for one year and have been very pleased by the experience.

My previous residence was in the MetroWest area, and although Colonial Pointe does not match what other places offer in terms of beautiful facades and high quality amenities, it more than makes up for the price and the responsiveness of the office staff. When I lived in MetroWest, it was not a surprise for the office or maintenance staff to take more than three weeks to follow up on our needs. In sharp contrast, Colonial Pointe staff has always responded to my requests within 24-36 hours.

I was also pleased with the added convenience of the online functionalities to ask questions, report maintenance issues, and pay rent.

It appears that parking and noise issues noted in the past depend on which part of the complex you live in. In our section, I’ve never had problems with parking nor have I ever heard my neighbors. That could be, though, that the people around my apartment are past the hard partying college years. Occasionally, I have driven to areas where college kids are hanging out on the porch late at night, drinking and talking loudly, but nothing more than that.

Colonial Point is not a place to turn to if you want gorgeous, resort-style living with a high tech gym. However, if you need a low priced place to rent and value a clean, calm atmosphere and a responsive staff, then I recommend Colonial Pointe.
