Wonderdful Minus The Property Manager

Colonial Pointe would be a wonderful place to live if the owners would get rid of the unfriendly, unprofessional, predjudice property manager. I truly do not understand how someone can leave their property in the hands of someone like this. The only way I would ever resign my lease again or recommend this apartment complex is if the property manager were replaced! (7-28-04)
