Apartment Reviews for Copper Terrace Apartments - Orlando

The apartments at Copper Terrace are spacious with screened patios and are well maintained. Units come with a washer adn drier. It is managed by Equity Apartments, which require all maintenance calls be answered within 48 hours. The office staff is nice and the maintenance crew is excellent. We had leaks during Charlie and Frances. We received a new roof the week after Frances and had no problems during Jeanne. The cable is the worst due to outdated equipment and Adelphia's disinterest in updating the service lines. As a result, nearly every patio has a satelite dish. I have heard we are kicking Adelphia to the curb and Brighthouse will be our new provider. We hope they will provide better service. The rent is in line with other areas along Kirkman Rd. If you rent here, request a unit that is not right on Kirkman Rd due to noise and possible crime. Since the Walmart opened across the street, there is more crime. Do not go to Walmart after dark and use great caution during the day. We drive the extra distance to Target. <P>
