Review for Eaglewood Golf Anf Apartments

It's funny how the leasing staff raves about the supposed amenities. While living here, I have been literally discouraged not to use the amenities. From the walking path's that residents are not aloud to use, to the billiard room that noone can find the key for, and lets not forget the "VIDEO LIBRARY" with 6 sorry VHS selections. I think most residents are apathetic about it after they move in.

I lived in the "FRONT NINE" Which is the new addition and for being "NEW" they are horribly under-maintained. When I moved in they were painting the buildings everything looked dirty, the lake view they charge me for was more of a construction sight for about 4 months. The contractors they hired were unbelieveable, they would pretend to be working on my porch for an hour and paint the same spot the whole time. Towards the end of my year term the roaches became uncontrollable. We are very clean people and requested pest control several times and the one time they showed up, they said "NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT ROACHES SORRY"

The management staff is probably the most annoying part of my experience. You could talk to them all you want about the problems you're having with the unit, They agree with you and apologize but never get anything done! I've literally given up on some maintinence issues simply to avoid dying from high blood pressure.

Overall the neighborhood is safe compared to others. Some car break-ins probably due to the gates being left open. I would not recommend living here to most people. I guess if I were a golfer or a masochist it would be bearable!
