Review for Eaglewood Golf Anf Apartments

This is a JOKE for a rental. We moved in December 2005 and still have things that were not fixed then and still aren't--and it's summer 2006. Valet trash--that's a line. The rule is "leave your garbage out by your door by 7am to be picked up"...that's great considering most people don't leave for work until AFTER 7am, so if you leave it out the night before animals get into it and it's a mess--but it's still a mess because the people they have picking it up just throw the bags all over the place and LEAVE TRASH STREWN in the corridors. It's in the middle of a bad neighborhood, so saftey is an issue; however, the leasing office is really bad about changing the "security gate" code on a friday , and not telling the tenants..oh and did I mention they aren't open on weekends? The community area is trashed, the pool is NEVER clean. I am breaking my lease and will never consider leasing from this company again. It's rumored they are falling into the condo conversion band-wagon--all I can say is GOOD LUCK SELLING CRAP.
