Hidden Fees, Noise, Horrible Parking.

Think twice before you live here. Someone got shot outside the 7-11 right outside my window (aka, bad neighborhood). Noise level is horrible. And there is less than 10 guest parking spots within the whole community (I've had 3 friends be towed). I am moving out as soon as possible!
