Oh, but this is to keep out the dust and reduce damages when they remove your windows and replace them with new ones. So, move here and you will have your windows covered with plastic for 6-8 weeks while they work on the windows. The entire property will be complete in 12-14 months. When I was a new tenant(before the construction) I had a good experience. When I transferred to a larger apt. is when the headache started. Be aware that you are not treated the same. They aren't as excited about doing the right thing when you already live there. Your apartment may not be cleaned, it may not be ready when you are told....fun things like that.
