Review for Gates Of Harbortown Apartments

I have lived in Gates of Harbortown for nearly two in a half years and cannot WAIT until our house is built in April so we can move out of this piece of junk! Don't live here unless you like the sound of squirrels munching in your walls, cockroach and spider infestations, air conditIoner never working properly, maintenance never responding to your requests unless you call three times, trash everywhere, and if you like your car (my car got hit in the parking lot with no note left on windshield). Also, drywall is literally falling off the walls and roof in our building, and the pool is always closed, (but it's gross anyway). Our air conditioner's return vent is sopping with water; to the point where water stains are on our wall, and I've called maintenance 3 times without a response. I can only imagine how black our walls must be with mold. The outrageous thing is, they think they can raise OUR rent to $1,190!!!! The fact of the matter is, this place simply cannot afford to have a staff take care of this property. If you think you're living in a secured gated community, think again. The gates are always malfunctioning, and they seem to not work more than they work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
