Review for Jasmine Apartments

This has got to be the worst experience ever. My car was broken into twice here. Both times the "security" gate was not working-stuck open. On the second instance, three other cars were broken into and my neighbors was stolen in same night. Since I'm on the gate; my gate key did not work for first two months, and when keys did not work, they posted a code for ALL to see outside the gate, letting whoever in.
Now on the really bad part. In my lease they goofed on the security deposit amount. I showed the managers, they agreed to mistake and said it would be taken care of. Well it's been over thirty days since I have moved and I am getting same run around about why they do not have proper amount to me. And when they promise to call back and let me know about the status, they don't. They also claim to not have contact info for the management company so i can contact higher ups and try to resolve this. They do not have their managing company's number? Come on, give me a break! So now I find myself looking for a lawyer when all I wanted was a mesely 725 deposit so I can have a little extra to get my new place. Guess they would rather spend big bucks.
