Review for Jasmine At Maitland Apartments

I lived here for years before I moved to another state. It was horrible but affordable. When I moved in there were dead roaches in the cabinets, my front door was not secure at all, the carpet had not been cleaned and it was just dirty. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My neighbors were very loud and people seemed to come and go a lot. I would call the leasing office to complain but they never did a thing about it. Parking was horrible. People would take up 2 parking spots and when I got home late in the evening after work there were no places to park by my apartment and I'm a single female. I called to complain about this and nothing was done. When my dad came to visit he double parked but it wasn't in front of the apartment building at all and they didn't hesitate to put a bright orange warning sticker on his collector edition PT CRUISER. I'm so glad to be out of these apartments and I'm trying to get my best friend to move out too. I hate knowing that she is still living in this dump of an apartment complex. The entire apartment complex is dirty and full of trashy people for the most part. If you need anything fixed in your apartment...GOOD LUCK...I bet my old apartment still has a leaking air conditioner, no screen on the kitchen window, a broken screen on the sliding glass door and an unsecure front door. DON'T MOVE IN HERE....RUN! Also, people who move in here are very inconsiderate, someone let there dog jump up on my drivers side door and it left muddy paw prints all over it and then another night the stupid lady who lived next door to me backed her car into my rear bumper and she didn't even let me know (I know it was her because of the color of her car and the paint that was left on my car!).
