I'm only leaving b/c I'm moving to Virginia, but if I were staying in Orlando, I would have resigned my lease here. The one bed was the perfect size for me, wouldn't recommend for two people. You get some noise from neighbors, but hey, that's apartment living. Nothing too bad, though, and I live right next to the pool. Of course you're going to see an occasional roach, it's Florida for crying out loud, but I've only seen a few. I bombed the apt after my cat got fleas from a friend's and haven't had a single bug problem since. Overall, a nice place to live.
