I lived here for a year and a half and had to move out due to a sick family member. I was a good tenant and was never once late on my rent. You have to give them 2 months notice, they keep your security deposit(which was over $200) no matter how well taken care of your place is and still find something to charge you with after you're gone, pay 2 months worth of rent, and then somehow you still owe water and electricity fees after you have already canceled them. In other words, what a rip off. I'm glad to be out
