RUN! Don't even think about moving in here... It's literally in the middle of the ghetto. The management team here is horrible and inconsiderate. If you want a power bill over $220/month, sign that lease! Management will do NOTHING to help you with the problem. They will blame the bills on the power company, not the lack of insulation and the 22 year old A/C units. Cheap, old, press board cabinets, about 50 coats of paint on the walls, and broken appliances = disaster! Stay away!

My car was broken into here, my neighbor's car was stolen right in front of the "security guard". Just some fat dude sitting in a Honda doing nothing all night long. Don't be fooled!

Oh, to break your lease, you need to wait 6 months, give two months notice, and then pay $2500 to break the lease! Just go month to month and pay $100 more vs signing a lease here!
