I lived here for two years, the first year was was okay, the office staff were nice and helpful, maintenance would come onthe same day and security was provided by an officer. The second year was terrible the gates stay broken, there's no more security, the office staff are rude, I don't known what happened to the ones from before, palmetto bugs are taken over the townhomes, and maintenance are more concerned with what they can found from people's stuff that they just evicted.If you don't mind having palmetto bugs as roommates this is the right place for you.
