terrible relationship with rentors takes at leat 4 calls to even get a manager on the phone office staff doesnt speak much english they must be hiring them fresh from the border. staff constantly "showing property" after hurricanes i lived in a condemened apt for 1 1/2 months with no bedroom ceiling wet insulation which smelled of cat urine in room which i had to block off. mgmt attempted to show me some more condemened apts one of which the painters painted over mold on the ceilings. another had a collapsed ceiling. the final had a leak already in the bedroom ceiling such a shame the office staff has changed from equity to bayshore. EQUITY PLEASE BUY THIS PROPERTY BACK. <P>
