Apartment Review for Monterey Lake Apartments

I moved in here over 2 months ago and I noticed that every apartment I looked up had nothing to say good about it at all, so I said hey why not give this one a try. And it was the best thing I did. I know theres better places out here but for a first time couple or low income person this is a great place. Very safe . I seen mildew in the bathroom and in mins maintenance came and got rid of it. never had a problem with staff and the pool is very clean and so was the apartment. I love that there 4 pools so if one has people or the sun isnt over it at that time you can just walk to the next one. Theres a very clean tennis court and a small lake
