Noisy kids playing ball in the middle of the street. Lots of luxury SUVs with the boom-boom-boom-boom late at night. Lots of bling-bling wearing residents who can't wear their baseball caps on straight. <P>
The security (oops, I meant "Controlled Access") gates are repaired every Friday and by Saturday the arms are already damaged and laying on the ground. Thugs sit in the visitor's entry waiting for a resident to drive through and they tailgate into the complex. <P>
A lot of kids on mini motorbikes up and down the main access road parallel to the canal at night. <P>
Stupid speedbumps that were 7" high (I measured and photographed) are now shaved down to about 5" high. <P>
Maintenance shut off my AC compressor outside at the breaker box for the winter. The HVAC system is a heat pump. It gets cold, I turn on the heat and it doesnt work. Why not? The compressor outside is disabled at the breaker box. Hello????? Incompetence. If I'm paying my own electric bills, the maintenance idiots should keep their fingers off my HVAC system. <P>
Forget about writing the corporate office. They send out a form letter correcting my terminology. i.e. Controlled Access gate v.s. Security Gate. Economically-disadvantaged residents v.s. Section 8 residents. Speed Reduction Devices v.s. speed bumps. Hmmm, Economically-disadvantaged living in luxury apartments. <P>
