Dirty, overpriced, noisy, section 8, P.O.S.! Horrible office staff. Avoid at all costs! Being under this lease has been like ****!

I have lived at many apartments before and have always had issues with recieving my packages. For the very first time I am not having problems at Northbridge. One of the guys in the office actually called me to tell me that I had a package in the office. Another thing that I really like at Northbridge are all the great parties. The Oktoberfest block party was amazing. They had jumper guys deressed up doing flips, music and even free food.Then a week later they had a Halloween Party. What I really liked About the party was thety had a kids party and an adult party. This place is really nice and would recommend it to anyone. <P>

NEVER LIVED HERE. JUST LIKE THE JARGON OF THE PREVIOUS REVIEW. SECTION 8 IS SECTION 8. IT MEANS NEVER HAVING TO WORK FOR YOUR 12 PACK OF BUSH BEER,NEVER HAVING TO WORRY WHERE YOUR KIDS ARE, AND NEVER HAVING A DRIVERS PERMITT( WHY, WHO NEEDS A CAR WHEN YOU HAVE A GROCERY CART). <P>

parking is terrible. the security gate never works. the second pool is still not open. the 24 hour amenities we were promised when we moved in are not 24 hours. the residents pub on premise is poorly ran. it does not follow its own posted hours and the hours it does have are poor. good luck getting anyone on the phone. over six months into our lease and we still do not have some issues with our apartment resolved. the maintenance guys are great but have their hands tied with most repairs as this is a brand new place and most issues need to be taken care of by the construction people. hopefully you will have more luck with the accounting office they are getting better but for several months we were double charged our rent. if you do not mind paying a ton of money for things that you will not get this place is for you. it looks beautiful but like the other reveiwer said looks can be deceiving! <P>

This place is a 180 degree turnaround from where I was before . (Lake Weston Point Apartments) The only thing is they need to hurry up and get the mailboxes done for my side of the complex and the other pool for my convinience and a second trash compactor. But that's no biggie trash goes out on my way out the gate. Rent here but don't bring no bebe kids and respect the property and be courteuos to other tenants when you get here.

Living at these Luxury apartments wasn't all that awesome. The location is convienently within walking distance of Millenia Mall, Target, Outlets, & fast food. Drive about 1 minute East and Welcome to the Ghetto. The apartment was overpriced for the security gates which never worked, the staff who didn't seem to pick up the phone during working hours, and the parking spaces 1/2 mile away from your apartment. Don't get me wrong the place is beautiful, but looks are not everything. In order to empty your trash you'd have to drive it across the complex to the only electrical dumpster which constanly broke down overflowing with trash all over the ground. Loved the complex activities/happyhours/continental breakfast once in a while/and friendly staff who came to visit once a month and rarely saw. The other staff there 6 hours a day was okay. The maitnence crew was the coolest people riding in there little golf carts. The bowling alley was cool, they should try opening it twice a week. Overall it was alright. As far as the price, rent at your own risk.
