Review for Park Baldwin Palms Apartments

Living in the Park Baldwin Palms for approximately two years or so now finally has brought me to finally find another apartment. Although I did choose to stay for the second lease renewal due to my circumstances at the time I cannot say I feel that same for the third. It seems to be that the maintenance system is not well educated. I feel whenever I asked a question in regards to the next coming event or the ETA of a new room or fitness center; their answers are unclear and made-up just so I can be about my business.

The pavements and the streets have been fixed but poorly done, they seem to last at least three good months until you start to feel like you're driving in an obstacle course. At times during the summer they would run some sort of construction using the water pipes causing us folks to not have water or a full or half a day without notice, how incredible is that?

Overall, my stay at the Park Baldwin Palms was not so great but it is not the worst place to live, rest is only affordable in my eyes if you have some sort of Corporate Dsct to back you up.
