Review for Riverpark Apartments

Riverpark looked nice at first and the ladies who took us around made it seem like such a great place, but boy was I wrong. First parking is the worst thing around here. If you aren't home before 8 pm then don't expect to park near your apartment especially if you live in the front. The pet deposits are outrageous. 1000 dollars for one pet is ridiculous, trust me I was stupid enough to pay it, and they keep 500 of it no matter what. The toilet seats are both broken in my bathroom and in my roommates, it took them 2-3 days to come fix it, and they broke again. The noise level is awful. They throw a pool party every once in awhile, which is a great idea. But I feel sorry for the people who live next to the pool, because you won't get any sleep from at least 10 am til 7pm on a Sunday or let alone hear the tv or have a conversation with anyone. The people who live above us sound like elephants, something falls on the floor up there and it sounds like the apartment is caving in. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
