St. Regis Apartments are situated near several main roads including I-4, the 400, and the 408. Tenants looking for some lakeside fun can head over to Lake Eola Park just two blocks away or check out the nearby Lake Olive or Lake Lawsona. Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, the complex is close to the Amway Center event venue and stadium, as well as Big Belly Brewery and SAK Comedy Lab. Reviewers liked the area and quaint charm of the building and units. However, reviewers would like to see management do better upkeep and repairs on the building and tighten security.
