Apartment Review for Summerfield Apartments

I have requested for maintenance twice and never received it. They must have used the cheapest paint they could find, scuffs very easily. Place was caulked and painted carelessly. Faucets are about to fall apart. Place has always smelled like mold, and when it rains hard the inside floods. The staff is pretty nice and they have a new pool, but overall it is really not a nice place to live. I rented under a 7 month lease because I was told that they were turning condo??? <P>
