Rented: 2008 To 2009

The office staff loves to argue with customers who indirectly pay their wages, the same goes for the maintenance staff.
I complained about the air conditioning being broke for two weeks in the gym, and that because of the extreme heat someone could faint. The reply was: "We are not responsible." Also, I was reminded that they cover themselves legally. This is just one of many examples. Customer service means absolutely nothing to the management of this community.
It's to bad really. Hunters Creek is a nice area.
I would not recommend renting here under the current management.
