I have lived here for almost a year and it has had moments but since Zom took over it has been great. There are 2 police on site that take walking patrols through the neighborhood at night. I have seen them tow cars away that were taking up resident spaces. The office staff were very nice and have always helped with any problem. Only had 2 maintenance issues but they were fixed before I got home from work that day, so no problem. Really enjoy the community and the apartments are some of the best I have ever lived in. The new shopping area across the street makes traffic a little busy at times, but just use the back entrance and you have a light so not that big a deal.
