Our Review for The District Universal Boulevard

The District Universal Boulevard sits 8 miles south of downtown Orlando near I-4 and the 528. Theme park enthusiasts will enjoy the short 5 mile distance from the Disney World Resort Center and SeaWorld, just 2 miles away. For tenants who must have their morning cup of joe, Coffee @ the District is down the road. For convenient shopping, Publix Supermarket is a few blocks away. For earth-friendly shopping, Whole Foods Market is a short 2 miles away. Although reviewers liked the location and unit floor plans, many found the hallways unkempt and the rent too high.
