I lived here for two years, the first was okay the staff were really and helpful, maintenance would come on the same day and security was provid by the police department. The second year was terrible the gates stay broken, there`s no more security, the office staff are rudy, I don't known what happened to the ones that were there before, palmetto bugs are taken over the townhomes, and maintenance is more concerned with what they can found from people's stuff that they just evicted. If you don't mind having palmetto bugs as roommates this is the right place for you.
