Very overpriced for what you are getting. Poorly managed and maintain. The reviewer that said keep your doors locked is right on every aspect of their comments. Claims to be pet friendly they are far from it. some of the management are very open about their hate for animals. Don’t expect to ever see your deposit again if you have pets. The staff is really nice at first but as each month passes they get nastier and nastier. Every resident I spoke with while living there said the same and al intended to move at end of lease. Glad I am gone. We counted the days until we could get out of here. Very noise from Vineland Rd, fire trucks about 2 times and hour 24/7.
Maintenance is non-existent you could wait weeks or months before getting your repair. They always claim you cancelled the service when you call and question why it is not done.
Staff takes up resident parking with their golf cart and cars requiring you to walk to your apartment several building away.
There are also some very shady resident living here as well so be careful who your neighbor is.
We acknowledge you have some strong feelings toward The Landmark community. As stated on our website and all literature we are most definitely pet friendly. We are proud to say we do not have a weight limit and allow up to 2 pets per apartment home with an affordable pet fee and deposit. However, we do have regulations in place to create a place where both pet and non pet owners can live harmoniously. The Landmark at Universal plus Epoch Management is solely based on our Customer Service and uphold a high standard for such.
