Apartment Review for The Landmark At Universal

The landmark is anything but safe. No security at all. Anyone can use the pool if they simply walk onto the property and jump in. Staff caters to those who need section 8 housing so evictions are high. Dog feces everywhere. Noise from universal studios unbearable. The landmark would be okay if rent was just 500.00 as that is all it's worth. They even advertise a room ate service on property to group three or more into an apartment in order to rent an apartment. There is NO community spirit and no one cares about the place. Walls a flimsy and you can here everything in all apartments around you. Appliances break down and get fixed weeks later. The hallways get filthy and people leave their coffee cups and cigarette butts all over the place. They even allow tractor trailers and fritos trucks to park on property. At best, the place is a flop house. Even the property manager who gets free rent moved out and that should say it all.a what a dump.
