Apartment Reviews for The Palms Club - Orlando

I must admit that I was a bit skeptical when I first moved here over a year ago due to reading some negative reviews. The previous developer didn't do a very good job of attracting good tenants. This community has done a 180. The management company that took over this property about a year ago is top notch and know what they are doing. I have great neighbours and the MetroWest community is fantastic. So close to shopping and Universal Studios too. The amenities here have always been amazing. I don't need to join a gym as everything I need to stay fit is right here. I plan to stay here for a long time.

I like it here. The last review surprised me. I believe this neighborhood is very safe. I've left my wallet on my seat with all doors unlocked overnight until noon. Found my wallet with everything in it (tipsy night). My building is very quiet, no noisy neighbors or loud kids running around playing.They play in designated areas and at the pool.The only noise are the cars going up and down kirkman. The apartments are very clean and spacious. Only insect issues have been ants and those big water bugs that look like roaches that appear in the summer time. I did not rate a 5 because the security supervisor believes that he owns the property and makes living here a bad experience. He follows every single rule there is. Example: no more than 2 guests per household in the pool area, no beverages or food in the pool area (even though there's an open bar and tables there), and no pets in the pool (even if you are the only one sitting back there calmly reading a book with a harmless poodle). The office staff is acceptable. And no 5 stars because every month, they either have to enter your apartment for some type of inspection or turn off the water on the entire property. For a person who like being in the nude most of the time, I hate shuffling for clothes after 2 knocks and a key turning to get into my place. (I know tmi)

Ben here for over a year. The staff is wonderful and where else can you get 24 hr secutiry. My apartment is great and large. The are Pet friendly
