Pros: Landscaping and grounds Interior and Exterior of Apartments Maintenance gets done 75% of time Pools Usually quiet Gym Nice Fellow Renters Gated Feels safe ? Cons: Leasing office personnel Parking can be hard in some parts of the complex Construction is headache after headache, also, takes longer then promised ? I would not recommend this apartment solely on the bad experiences I've had with the leasing office personnel. Theyre unorganized, slow to follow up, and never available. Even though they are very nice, they lack administrative skills and good management.

Also, most of the apartments undergoing construction on the exterior of the buildings. It is not fun to say the least.? Sawyer Reality, the company who recently took over the complex, gives you a $150 credit after the work is completed but, it is not worth the stress. The work down on my apartment took two weeks longer then promised.

They are doing construction on the buildings and it makes all your stuff dirty with white dust. The noise isn't the worst part the way that they leave your front door open and your windows is! Left 3 messages for manager with no answer yet. My neighbors say it takes about 5 times to get threw. Maintnance is really good though and office girls are great! They are the reason I resigned my lease, very good workers, friendly and funny. Too bad the manager is driving the place into the ground !

For the location and square footage, it's a good value. Parking is tight, garages are available and are a good size, some apartments are maintaining 3+ cars, which contribute to the crowding. The maintenance staff is excellent, fast and available. The buildings weathered all the recent hurricanes well. The current round of construction is inconvenient, but will be done soon. The entry gate is broken almost nightly, yet the area feels safe.

This is the second apartment I've lived in since moving to Florida from Illinois. It's definately an improvement over my last one, so maybe I'm only seeing it with rosy colored glasses now. My apartment was clean and well kept when I moved in - by far the most modern kitchen I'd seen in three months of apartment hunting. The staff has always been friendly and responsive to me, though I haven't needed them for much.

I have seen a couple palmetto bugs but my friends in much more expensive apartments downtown have the same problem, if not worse. Parking can suck if you're coming home late, but I've always found a spot when I really needed one. It's a quiet community, good for walking my dogs, and I feel pretty safe there - despite the fact that people keep trying to run the gate and in the process break it.

All in all, I'm pretty happy with my apartment here - my energy bills are far lower than my last apartment, it's far more clean and my neighbors are all pretty cool. In fact, I just renewed my lease for another year.

I moved here from Illinois in June 2005. Sunny Florida, pool is good. The "hot" tub / jacuzzi never works, always cold. Parking sucks, not enough spaces for the amount of cars in the complex. AC breaks all the time...needs a new unit. QUIT BEING CHEAP & JUST REPLACE IT!!!!!!! YOU CAN ONLY RECHARGE FREON SO MANY TIMES IDIOTS!!!!!! Oh ya you people with dogs, please give them to someone who lives on a farm...so cruel keeping pets cooped up in a little apartment and letting them crap all over the place!!! Get a clue. The back "gate" is always broke. I guess people just drive through it. SECURITY ISSUES!!!! There is also a serious mold problem in the walls. Probably caused from moisture infiltrating the roof or walls. Under construction as I'm typing!!! Bad contractor management also!!!! And I'm out. Peace.

My apartment is a beautiful lake view. I love my 1 bdrm apartment because it is honestly quite spacious. All of my visitors have told me that my apartment is large in comparison to other apartments in the Metro West area.

I don't like the fact that the back entrance is usually broken, but I don't live close to the back entrance;therefore, I never made an issue.

Parking is horrible. You live home after 5pm, good luck in finding a spot. When I have to come home late from the office, my husband meet me and walk me in, that's how far I tend to park from my building. For the amount of money that we pay a month, you would think parking wouldn't be an issue.

The staff are quite friendly. The gym, pool, landscaping, etc.. are beautiful. I have not had to call for maintenance service in the 10 mths that I have been living here nor have I had to report anyone. My neighbors are nice and friendly.

This was not the worst place I've lived...however... I'm surrounded by shady looking 20 somethings that are noisy and unsanitary. I received a complaint stating that I leave trash bags outside my door and I was amazed, because this is not something I do, howvever my little neighbors CONSTANTLY leave bags and beer boxes out their door. I often find many cigarrette butts and trash around my building and out my door, my dog has picked up chicken bones that were scattered on the ground. My neighbors were very noisy and I complained twice and I ended up having to put up with it until they left.
You are also required to pick up after your dog, which is hard to do when there are only 2 dog trash waste cans in the entire large complex which are both in odd places, but there is none near the courtyard where I live where everyone takes their dogs out. My dog has gotten tapeworm twice since we've lived here in a few months and I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Apartment management as usual are lobotomy patients.
