Apartment Reviews for Venue - Orlando

My husband and I lived here for 2 years. They have a great office staff. Maintence calls are very quick to get things fixed. We love our appartment it is very comfortable and it has easy access to shopping,movies and entertainment. They have a nice pool and exercise facility with plenty of equipment. They also have a business center. They even have resident parties which are lots of fun too!

I have lived at Venue since 2008 and I love it here. Since the new management company /ownership have taken over, they have done so many enhancements and they fixed the basketball court that was down for almost two years and everything looks great.The office staff is very helpful and the maintenance team always respond quickly. If you are looking to live in the Hunters Creek area, I recommend that you live at Venue. It's a great location and close to everything!!!!

Venue is a nice place to stay. I am a woman, and have always felt safe. However, no matter what, you will encounter bugs. I have had pest control come multiple times,yet they always come back. Also, the staff is often clueless about what is going on, and in the summer, be prepared for the gate to be broken half the time after it gets struck by lightening. There is an indoor basketball court as well, which has been "down for repairs" for over 6 months now. All in all, it is a nice place, as long as you can look over those issues.

I moved in a few years back with my daughter. When I toured the apartments before moving in, I was in love with the place. I LOVED the apartment management staff. Since moving in however, I feel things have gone down hill pretty quickly. The apartment management has changed partially, minus the operations manager Joanne. The new staff tries, but they aren't anything close to being as wonderful as the old staff. They seem "clueless" about 99% of the time. Make sure to suck it up if you have complaints. Management seems to push things under the rug. Noise is common - whether it's people hanging out in the parking lot, or people's apartment noises. Loud stereos on the middle of the night and shouting. While background checks are supposedly done, there are a lot of car break-ins and obnoxious people renting here.
There was even a car set on fire in the parking lot awhile back.
The gates to the apartments work most of the time as well, but there's still issues with vehicle break-ins.
The maintenance onsite is 100% great. Staff hasn't changed in this department that I know of. The maintenance gentlemen are always prompt & very friendly.
In all, Venue has been better than most apartments around Orlando, but office management is one factor to remember when moving in. When you sign your lease, they care most. Once you're here, they seem to care less.
