Apartment Reviews for Villa Tuscany - Orlando

Pro's: Apartments are spacious, garden tub, gorgeous layout, good care of the grounds, great care team, monthly activities, security guard at night, dog park for my dog to play in, full size washer & dryer included

Con's: the WORST thing about Villa Tuscany is that the walls and floors are PAPER thin. When neighbors close a door your apartment shakes, I can hear my neighbors loving eachother every night....and so can my KIDS (by the way this noise comes from more than one neighbor), you can hear others talking in the bathroom, or using the bathroom. Hearing tv's and conversations from people you don't live with is a little disheartening, as well as multiple car break-ins (I was a victim and my neighbor had a car broken into multiple times),strange people sitting in the parking lot,slow maintenance,rude staff,management changes very frequently,rent increases all the time for foolish things (trash receptacles, yearly increase)

in writing this i can only speak from OUR expierience. My daughter, a single mom of three young children lived here for a year and a half. I spent 97% of the time there as i babysat the grandchildren there. The office staff was great and professional. There was plenty of parking and the appearance of the complex was always well maintained.The condition of the unit was good and the noise level was low in the complex. I felt my daugthter was safe here. Maintenance was always busy but they got the job done. My daughter, who had to move out suddenly due to a personal issues, had a puppy that ruined the carpet. The staff charged us for the carpet replacement but allowed us to make payments until the balance was paid without legal action or credit reporting which was helpful. At a stressful time they made the transition smoother. So it is a rating of 4 across the board
