Apartment Review for Shadow Lakes Apartments

I have lived here for a couple of months and I absoutly hate it!! First off let me say that the rugs that are in my apartment are disgusting!! The previous owner had some kind pet urinating all threw the house, they didnt even offer about putting in some new type of rugs, the paint job that they supposedly did before we moved in looks horrible,theres dents and patched up holes in all of the rooms, the appliances are old and cheap, the lake outside is full of garbage, and the pool is filthy, and thats not including all the garbage that they have lying around the pool (beer bottles, food,cigarettes,etc.)...well I guess thats what happens when you have a crackhead as a "maintence man" and a idiot working in the office (shes supposed to be the person you have to go to when you either have complaints or isues in the apartment complex!) Then on top of it all they are little kids running around everywhere and they are so LOUD!! Everyday theres cops driving up and down watching to see any drug transactions because just to let you know theres plenty of that going on as well..All the reviews I have read are DEFINTLEY true!! So please stay as far away as you can from this DUMP!! ( I cant emphasize DUMP any more ) and what gets me the most upset, aggravted and ****** off is that the "maintence man" sucks!!! He cant fix anything to save his life!! They make this place sound wonderful, and its far from it..Your supposed to feel safe and comfortable in your home and surroundings and I dont feel like that at all!! Oh yes I dont want to forget the stupid "excerise room" thats never going to get fixed!! These people are pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
