Apartment Review for Willow Pond

No riff raff, extremely quiet, and they are very picky about who they let in. But it's expensive.. I smoke.. this is not a smoker friendly place.. they have "sun rooms" instead of balcony's which for a smoker is not convenient. There are tons of rules, even the way you can park your car.. not very animal friendly.. but there are tons of lakes, a very cool pool.. ducks in your parking lot everyday.. and it is extremely safe. I'm a single female and I feel super safe here. the apartments have alarms.. so that is awesome, but the neighbors are 70% old people, so theres a massive neighborhood watch.. but it's almost like if 1 thing is out of place it is a huge deal. Anyway, if your a non smoker, especially if your a single girl.. and you can afford it.. this is an awesome place. it's pretty expensive but the neighbors are cool (some are young - and hot at that).. it's mostly professionals and retirees. no trucks, no motorcycles, 650 credit score required.. and must have rental history and long time job history. so your not dealing with much riff raff. like i said, sometimes it's over bearing.. there are always people watching the place.. and if u break a rule u'l hear about it. but in the long run thats cool. the place always looks good and its very safe. Tip - get a 2nd floor unit. Vaulted ceilings! <P>
