I moved in last August and I'm in luvvvvvv with this place, its perfect its what I always wanted, its pretty inside, the kitchen, the set up its just great, its very safe, my electric bill is $35 a month come on how can I complaint...its just perfect...you just have to drive slow when you're in the complex cause there are kids playing. otherwise is AMAZING

We moved into this place brand new, and like all new places there are some bugs with it. We did
not have the problems that the previous two people had and when we needed something fixed out got fixed quickly. Yes there are some rules that are just plain stupid. Like not letting your kids play with chalk on the sidewalk, but we know everyone in the complex and we even had a block pay last weekend. No place is perfect but the size works for us, it's very safe for our kids and utilities are very cheap. Good luck in your search.
