Rented: From 2009 To 2009

I have been here six months.. apts. have been broken into 4 times, air conditioning has been broken 4 times this month, toilet leaking when I moved in, washing machine flooded utility room. Will not fix or bring new equipment in, but rather keep wasting tenants time over parts that cost $2.50.
