Review for Union Square Apartments

After bringing several clients to Union Square and after having my client register on 9-21 my client returned the next day to lease so I hand delivered a invoice to Susan 9-26-09. Today 11-03-09 after my broker not receiving our commission for this rental I contacted the office and again Susan claimed to never had received the invoice when indeed it was handed directly to her on 9-26 at 1:32 pm, as well as having faxed it. So today I prceeded to drop off the same invoice once again to Susan to have her pay the commission and my guess with the attitude she gave me today she will misplace this invoice as well even though we have a FAX confirmation from the 9-26 saying it was received. Please pay the Realtors we already have a 30 day grace period we did our job now pay up...Also this is not the first time this has happened it has happened years ago as well and it took 90 days for them to pay, REALTORS BEWARE DONT BRING CLIENTS HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET PAID ON TIME IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.GOOD THING I HELD ON TIGHT TO THE REGISTRATION CARD COPY THAT THEY SAID I WOULDNT NEED WITHOUT IT I DOUBT I WOULD EVER SEE A CHECK.
