We have been here 4 yrs. and for that we get our rent raised every lease. Now we are required to get renters insurance and the trash bill went from $12 to $22 monthly. They must be pocketing the money since townhomes pay 7.50 monthly for trash. We asked for ceiling fans a month ago since new leasee's get them and still no fans. 3 Bedroom master's are so hot as they never tuneup the air-condensers. White walls, old appliances, old vinyl floors. They only make the outside nice to lure renters in.
