Review for Bentley At Cobbs Landing Management Office Apartments

I found the apartment with a different woman working in the office, she was very plesent and eager to assist with any issues. About 4 months in to renting the condo rentals were down so they reduced the office staff and brought in another person, Tabitha, to run the show. My main issue with Tabitha was that anytime that I would walk in to the office she would ask me if I was interested in renting or buying a condo. I found it annoying that she would not remember who I was. I did find the apartment to be very nice I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a loft it was very nice. The unit was referrbished just before my moving in and that made it that much nicer. The pool was very clean and the grounds were kept nice and clean but the matinence was never brought in to take care of a few small issues that I pointed out to them about a leak that was happening from a window when it would rain.
