Apartment Review for Centergate Lansbrook Village

lived for 14 months until I got the boot from thier condo conversion from a greedy Atlanta based investor goup. While living there, there was 1 attempted child abduction, over 5 filed police reports of a youth gang harrasing tenants, 1 registered sex offender living in the adjacent condo complex, On a positive note, the pool is large but not heated, I heard its closed 10% of the time due to feces contamination or broken glass in the pool and the ground. I am taking them to court for trying to keep my whole $600 deposit because they say the carpets and apt was too dirty, (not true). If you have children, there was a gang of young kids harrasing tenants and my family personally had 3 incidents of the harrasment which I reported to the Sherrifs Office. The quality of the construction probably meets minimum code and you can hear the sliding doors from all nearby apartments, and you can hear noise from below and on the sides. The cost is high for what you get, its good if your single, its isolated from stores and restaurants, the turnover is high, people from outside the complex constantly use the pool and tennis court, the sales of the condos are horrible, I feel sorry for anyone who rents or bought a condo here, keep looking, email me if you want more detail, <P>
