Apartment Reviews for Centergate Lansbrook Village - Palm Harbor

My husband and I lived in the one bdrm loft in Cambridge. We paid $850 a month, including the water, trash....the apartment itself was very nice. the kitchen was nice and updated. but even though everything looked nice, it was all poor/cheap quality. our kitchen cabinets fell off a few times due to weak hinges and the door knobs are so cheap that they dent easily and the locks even fall out sometimes. otherwise, it's clean and very "up-to-date" looking. had bug problems a few times, but those things can't be helped. no matter where you live....it's still Florida and there are bugs everywhere. parking was okay. our complex faced a parking lot and we lived in a corner unit so we usually always got the spot right out front. the pool is great. LARGE resort style pool and as clean as any community pool can get. only downside, was the management. we had trouble getting a hold of them for any questions, however I do admit - when you do finally get a hold of someone, they are very helpful. we've never had any real problems....I would have loved to stay...but the price was a little too high for us since they were going to raise the rent.

I recently relocated to the area and looked at a ton of different apartments. I have not ahd any of the problems these other people are complainingabout. The complex is beautiful, the apartments well designed and the stafff has been teriffic. I almost did not rent here b/c of the complaints. But keep in mind the people posting complaints are usually the ones that you do not want to live near anyway.

I moved in 6 mths ago, love my home and neighbors.
The leasing office are very friendly, and the maintenance is top notch. Those other people are just crab -----.
