Apartment Reviews for Country Place - Palm Harbor

My husband and I have lived at Country Place for 2 1/2 years now. We absolutely love it. The staff in the office is always so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful as well, they always complete any work I've needed quickly.

As far as the comments about the dumpster having trash and furniture left out there, that is nobody's fault except the pigs who left it there! Perhaps the tenants here should have a little more respect for their homes and it wouldn't look like that. I always see the poor maintenance men out there schleping other people's trash for hours on Monday morning.

The pricing is very fair for the area, this was definitely the cheapest place we could find in Palm Harbor to live that wasn't income restricted.

Overall it's a nice home. Yes, the maintance is slow, the staff is just okay, and their are a few questionable characters within. But where isn't this true? The price is affordable, no one bothers me and it's in a great location. If your looking for perfection then good luck. If your looking for a reasonable place to live then I would (and have) recremended this place. It's nice here. From a single females' persepective with an over protective father this place is just fine to make a home.

I lived here for one year and endured poor roofs (which are now fixed--after waiting 6 months post-hurricane!). While the complex is quiet, since new management has taken over and removed the security gates, I felt less safe, being a woman living alone. I also noticed an increase in new tenants that likely did not go through the "thorough background check" that was in place when I moved in. The units have decent sized rooms but could certainly use some updating! <P>

staff is excellant,,,office and maintenance.a great value.....i have lived in apts in pinellas co since 1971 and this is the best so far for me..... <P>
