Apartment Review for Harbourtowne

I rent through Allen investments. If you rent a condo from here do not rent through them. I have only lived here 2 months and have alreday had numerous problems. First we had to wait till the next day to get our HOUSE keys! I'm just glad I did not have to go to work the next day. Then we had to wait 2 weeks for our mail keys. We were first given the wrong keys then told we need to pay for a new barrel for the mail lock because they lst the keys to the mailbox. Then our water was shut off, without notice. And this happened beacause Our Lease was not turned in so the water did not get put in our name. And the bill was only 13.93! I was forced to run around to get my finace nad my roommates info for the new lease. And driver licences to copy. After all that he tried to tell me that we did not pay all of our security and that I owed $350.00. I had to then hurry to the bank to get copies of my checks to prove to him that I did in deed pay in full. This took 3 days to resolve and I was late to work. All so i could stay in my condo. <P>
