I recommended the apartment complex to my relatives because Boot Ranch and East Lake area have a great reputation. I was saddly mistaken about the apartment complex. The staff and management were nice until the lease was signed and then they became rude and very unprofessional. I am suprised that the owners of the complex allow this kind of thing to happen. It is sad that a few people (on-site staff) have ruined the neighborhood and reputation.
