Apartment Review for Sabal Palm At Boot Ranch

This is a great place to live, I have lived her over a year and have been very happy with the complex. They are very quick to respond to any request. Maintenance is awesome. I have never lived in s complex before where the maintenance was so quick to respond to request. I have had to call them even in the evening and was very impressed with they showed up within 15mins. As far as the bugs go we live in Florida and it's always hard to control bugs in the summer. All you have to do to call the office and tell them you are having an issue and they will make sure your apartment is taken care of. I love the way they are improving the complex it has been great and the new trash pick up at your door is a nice new benefit.I have never had any noise problems it has always been very quiet in my apartment the only I can say is every once in awhile I hear the people upstairs walking around. but, remember we live in an apartment and you should expect to hear something every once in awhile. don't read all the negative reviews remember most people only post the negative and don't take the time the time to write nice things about apartments.
