Apartment Review for Sabal Palm At Boot Ranch

The following is my impression after living in this apartment complex for a year....my first and last.
1)Maintenance is excellent..usually. The maintenance guys have always been friendly and efficient. THANKS!
2)The grounds are attractive enough...nothing special.
3)There are some negatives however.
a)Office staff are deceptive&inept when explaining the lease agreement. BEWARE!
b)Noise is a constant problem...24/7/365. HONESTLY.
c)Parking near your apt. is often impossible.
d)Speeding drivers is a very serious problem here. No resolution to this from the office...YET.
e)Dog droppings everywhere...and I mean EVERYWHERE. Office staff just give excuses...no results.
f)Children are frequently unsupervised in and around the pool and in the fitness center. Office staff non-responsive to this serious problem.

GOOD LUCK. THERE ARE MANY MUCH NICER, SAFER, AND HEALTHIER PLACES TO LIVE IN THIS AREA.
