Apartment Review for Sabal Palm At Boot Ranch

Beware before signing any papers. Manager seems to have different set of rules for different tenants based on race, sex etc. Seems to be friendly at first but the claws come out. The leasing staff is great it is a shame that they are micromanaged. I really would not recommend any one who has children to move here, especially if you are African American or Hispanic. The tenants complain to much about the kids and noise. Kids make noise! Should we duct tape them all. I would leave my name but I am afraid of the manager. Not worth the headaches. The fees are ridiculous and not applied fairly. DON'T DO IT. <P>
