Apartment Review for Sabal Palm At Boot Ranch

Security-- consistantly notices about break ins Parking-- No spaces near home. Insane grass sprinkers spread cars every night, left my car with paint damage Appearance--- Do noy judge by apperance, looks ok. But the quality of the place is horrible Management and Office Staff--- Not too bright. Always lost packages, incorrectly scheduled appointments for bugs and maintance Maintenance--- Made tons of calls about poor carpet and mysterious stains showing up, did nothing to fix it. Then tried to charge me $600 for it when I moved out Condition of Unit-- Very poor. Low grade Run and don't look back!!!! <P>
