Apartment Review for Sabal Palm At Boot Ranch

This place is seriously a joke! They have a rule about no loitering outside the apartments...but that is all that goes on. Calling the office does absolutely nothing because they are all completely and utterly clueless! When I moved out of the apartment...they found anything and everything to charge me for. Also, after I moved out they decided to use my social security to keep the electricity on for 10 more days past my lease term. I would never recommend this place to anyone! (anyone who has experienced identity fraud knows that this is a huge pain to deal with!) Unless you want no sleep, to pay out the a$$ after you move out and have your identity stolen......then this may very well be the place for you!
