Apartment Reviews for Sabal Palm At Boot Ranch - Palm Harbor

I'm not really sure what everyone is so upset about, I have really enjoyed living here for the last year. I've had nothing but a nice experience with the office staff. Sure, I get a few bugs here and there, but it's the summer months and we live in FLORIDA, it's to be expected. They came through and sprayed all the apts about 2 months ago, but you can only do so much, they're not G-D.
These are apartments, you are always going to have a problem or two, and yes, you will occasionally hear your neighbor(s). I have never had a problem with speaking to my neighbors when I had a concern about noise, and guess what, they were more than happy to oblige. If you have a problem, tell someone, don't just come on here and cpmplain and blast the office staff and the complex in general if you never attempted to make your voice heard and give them a chance to make it right for you.

I have lived in Sabal Palms for 2 years and absolutely love it. The office staff is super nice and considerate and the maintenance people are respectful and very timely. We have had an issue with bugs, but come on, we live in Florida and EVERYONE has an issue with bugs. Parking is always available and the pools are clean and blue 80% of the time.

I have lived in a lot of apartments and none of them compare to Sabal Palms. Neighbors are great and the back of the complex is extrememly calm and quiet.

Only complaint would be that we can hear EVERYTHING our upstairs neighbors do, but then again thats what you get for the convienience of living on the bottom floor.

I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I am a current resident and, so far, have had a good experience in every way. I suppose a community this large, and with the fact that rents are moderate, might draw some people who are of, say, lesser quality. However, I have not met any. We have two small dogs and, walking them day and night, have never felt unsafe or met any undesirable people. The management has been nothing but helpful. The ameneties are tops, pools stay clean, courts are lit, maintenance has been prompt and resolved what few problems we have had expertly, property is well-kept, doggie pick-up bag stations are provided and the high school in this area has earned an A+ 8 years in a row--the only one with that distinction in the entire state! I and my children feel safe and happy, here. I am sorry other people have had negative experiences, but based on my talks with neighbors over the past 6 months, they are not the norm. If you have kids you want in the best schools, don't mind a dog barking once or twice a day, or care about whether or not you get the best parking spot every time, this community is definately worth a look. We have been very satisfied.
